Dr. Ona was inspired to give back to the rural village where he was raised. He built the Melchor and Martina Ona Memorial Health Care Center (named after his beloved parents) to serve the health needs of the surrounding community.

April 1997 marked the groundbreaking for the Center.

Since 1997, Dr. Ona has conducted numerous medical missions, providing access to free health services for a rural population of approximately 50,000 people.
